Asking for moving help
Jul. 12th, 2010 11:45 amNo no no, I'm not moving again (at least for another few years), this time I'm helping a friend.
We need to move a bunch of furniture out of a 3-story townhouse in DC to their new lodgings over in College Park, MD. We have scheduled the truck for the 24th of July (2 weeks from now).
Anyone who can help, we would be glad to have you. Water and gatorade will be provided during the move, and pizza will be consumed afterwards....

The plan as it stands is to have everyone meet up at my place at 10 AM. I have one request: when you come in, I need you to park up on Roberts Road, as all of the parking spaces in my community are assigned and there are no guest spots.
Also, my door is around the back of the house, and there isn't a paved walkway all the way around, so wear shoes that you don't mind getting a little dirty...

I'm asking anyone who can help to come on out to my (soon to be former) digs on April 10th at 10 AM to help me pack out and move myself to my new condo in Manassas. If you provide the muscle, I'll provide you with drinks (non-alcoholic for the move itself, but afterwards the bar will be open), food and the honor of being the first people to step foot in my new home!!

We were putting on a Christmas show, and our manager's birthday coincided with the last performance, so at the wrap party we sang our version of "The 12 Days Of Christmas" t wish her a happy birthday.
I was the one singing Day 5 (and no, I don't remember the lyric). Once we were done singing, the husband of one of our actors turned to me and asked me how long I had been taking voice lessons. When I told him I never had, he told me that I had a very natural singing voice....
